Lists can be a great way to communicate individualized bits of information.. if the typography, padding, and margins are formatted properly. If formatted improperly, lists end up looking out of place, confused, and ultimately just a piece of clutter on the page.

FCKeditor is an awesome, free, web-based rich text editor (RTE). It’s cross-browser compliant, and comes in all kinds of server-side flavours to suit just about any project:
